Dale College Boys’ Primary School is proud to host the Dale Junior Cricket Festival 2009. As part of our planning and preparation, we are looking to partner with businesses in and around our community. In so doing, we aim to benefit and promote both entities.

The following packages are designed to meet your participation and expectations, and will ensure you receive maximum exposure. They can be individualized to meet the specific requirements of each business.

Donation and goods value package:

  • This package allows the business an opportunity to donate cash or goods. Donations will be receipted for income tax purposes.

LBW package(R2500):

  • Your business has the opportunity to sponsor a team. The teams will wear their sponsor’s shirt on Sponsors’ Day -Saturday 26th September.
  • You will also have the opportunity to have a photo taken with your sponsored team, and after the festival will receive your teams score card.
  • Artwork to be provided by the business.

Four runs package(R5000):

  • Advertising on the Festival Partners board.
  • Advertising on the Festival Website, with a link to your business’ homepage.
  • Signage at the sports venues, during the Festival (supplied by your business).
  • Your business logo on all our correspondence with the other Cape School members.
  • Your business logo on our Festival Programmes and other official printing.
  • Newspaper coverage for the Festival.

Six runs package(R10 000):

  • Includes all the items in the Four Runs Package.
  • The official staff shirt will have your business’ artwork on the sleeve (artwork to be supplied by your business).
  • A sponsorship board at the Dale Junior Sports Field for a period of 3 years. The advert will run up to and include 2011. The current price is R9000 per board., and the boards are each 1m x 0.5m.
  • VIP parking at the Festival, and other important sports fixtures.
  • Invitation to all official Festival functions.
  • Free advertising space on the Dale Junior School website for 2 years – artwork to be supplied by your business

All of the above sponsors will receive a festival photo with all the sponsors logo’s on.
